Unauthorized devices

When a device is configured to send logs to FortiAnalyzer but not has not yet authorized, the device is displayed in the Device Manager > Unauthorized Devices pane. You can then authorize, delete, or hide devices by using the toolbar buttons or the right-click menu.

Enable Display Hidden Devices to view devices that were previously hidden.

From the Unauthorized Devices pane, select Return to view the Device Manager pane containing authorized devices.

The Devices Total, Devices Unauthorized, and the Devices Log Status Down tabs include the following default columns:

Column

Description

Device Name

Displays the name of the device.

Model Displays the model of the device.
Serial Number Displays the serial number of the device.
Connecting IP Displays the IP address of the device.
