Sending notifications to ServiceNow

You will need to enable notifications in FortiAnalyzer to trigger an incident in ServiceNow.

To enable notifications in FortiAnalyzer:

1. Go to Incidents & Events > Incidents.
2. Click Settings in the toolbar.
3. From the Fabric Connector 1 dropdown, select the fabric connector you created for ServiceNow.
4. Select the notification settings, and click OK.
